  • LARGE SCALE IMAGE PROCESSING IN REAL-TIME ENVIRONMENTS WITH KAFKA

    ABSTRACT

    Recently, real-time image data generated is increasing not only in resolution but also in amount. This large-scale image originates from a large number of camera channels. There is a way to use GPU for high-speed processing of images, but it cannot be done efficiently by using single GPU for large-scaleimage processing. In this paper, we provide a new method for constructing a distributed environment using open source called Apache Kafka for real-time processing of large-scale images. This method provides an opportunity to gather related data into single node for high-speed processing using GPGPU or Xeon-Phi processing.

  • SECURE RECLAMATION OF INFORMATION USING RM-CPABE AND M-GAS ALGORITHMS IN ARMED DTN

    ABSTRACT

    The mobile nodes present in battlefield and violent region are suffered from numerous partition and blinking network connectivity. Disruption Tolerant Network technologies are promising solutions that allows devices which are wireless and carried by soldiers in military to cooperate with each other and access the confidential information by external storage nodes. This allows nodes to correspond with each other in excessive global networks, or planned networks in space. In Military network, Data to be stored and retrieved from storage nodes ,since the data is sensitive data one needs to consider the security policies. Ciphertext Policy Attribute Based Encryption is a cryptographic solution to the access control issues and completes the requirement for secure data retrieval in DTNs. To transmitting the secret image in DTN, Visual Cryptography Schemes are used. Visual Cryptography Schemes are used to conceal secret information in images. To hold both text and image reclamation in DTN, the proposed algorithm can be enhanced. The existing system involves some complicated issues like fine grain access control to contents stored in storage nodes within DTN, enforcement of authorization policies and attribute revocation. The proposed system provides secured retrieval of text and image, using Revocable Multiauthority CP-ABE and Modified GAS algorithm for decentralized disruption tolerant military network. On demonstrating proposed mechanism, the confidential information is secured and efficiently managed in Military DTN.
